Honestly, I think this program saved my life. In 2023, I was in a deep depress. It seemed like all that could go wrong in my life, did....It was so nice to feel like I was in my own body again. It was so nice to be outside and appreciate the beautiful nature around me. It was healing to feel like part of something. And I felt some accountability and like the plants depended on me.
