I know in my heart of hearts this is false fall and the unbearable heat and humidity will return, but today’s sky is blue, the birds are singing, and our summer crops look amazing.

Honestly, I think this program saved my life. In 2023, I was in a deep depress. It seemed like all that could go wrong in my life, did....It was so nice to feel like I was in my own body again. It was so nice to be outside and appreciate the beautiful nature around me. It was healing to feel like part of something. And I felt some accountability and like the plants depended on me. Seeing the chickens brought me joy. This was a really positive experience for me that got me out of a really dark time. I would recommend this to everyone.
