Jazz & Wine Event w/ Dejon Vineyards & music by The BocX
Sep 30 @ 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Join us in our sensory garden for sights, sounds, and tastes from local flavors. Sample, purchase and pair a variety of locally crafted wine from Dejon Vineyards with delectable bites from a local eatery. Bring a picnic lunch and and relax with friends and family while listening to The BocX performing in our Eck House meadow. The BocX’s electic mix of blues, jazz, and soulful songs you know and love with twist! Sample some of their music by clicking in the player box below:

general admission   = $15

              veterans     = $5

seniors  (60 +)    = $10

students (21 +) = $10

kids (under 12)    = FREE

 

Proceeds from this event go to our non-profit farm to sustain our programs for individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, autism, multiple sclerosis, stroke survivors, cerebral palsy and more. You are helping us to continue providing horticultural therapy in our  veterans-to-farmer’s training, and in our educational programs for individuals with special needs.

For past and current volunteers and members only:

Volunteers are incredibly important to TALMAR, and help us greatly with our mission to provide programs and services to the community, with a special focus to those of all ages and abilities.  Our members also play an important role in contributing financially to support our mission. We would like to thank those who are members and those who have volunteered with a casual reception at our the TALMAR farm.  Please RSVP by no later than September 15th by emailing tracyhauser@talmar.org, by calling the TALMAR office at 410-825-2020.

CVP Harvest Festival with Hay Rides -rain date day @ Cromwell Valley Park Harvest Festival
Oct 14 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

This is a yearly event at the park.  Local vendors participate in displaying and selling their wares, there is a petting zoo, cider making and of course HAY RIDES!!!! TALMAR will host these rides and will charge a nominal fee of $4.00 to tour the beautiful native plant areas nestled within Willow Grove .  Join in the fun!

Rain date is set for the following Sunday, October 15, 2017
